    Group Business Development Director

    A veteran of the merchandising industry. Gavin uses 17 years' experience in sourcing, account management and business development to lead our team from the front. Developing new relationships and unlocking opportunities, Gavin manages all merchandising projects from inception, to fruition.

  • Nick Hancox

    Account Executive

    A degree in marketing ensures Nick always takes a proactive approach to our clients. Suggesting and sourcing the latest merchandise on the market, Nick utilises a diverse product knowledge base to make sure our clients are ahead of the competition.

  • Nathan Harwood

    Account Executive

    With a background in IT, Nathan is a vital part of customer service in the Infinity Inc Team. With a deep product knowledge, alongside the ability to quickly fire out quotes, Nathan works with some of our most established clients to create new and intriguing promotional merchandise.

  • Aharon 'Ron' Annan

    Account Executive

    "It's pronounced ‘Air-run'." Aharon Possesses a degree in Business & Management and founded his own catering company. Aharon or ‘Ron' as he's more affectionately known, has extensive business operations knowledge. He uses this to create common ground, understanding and lasting relationships with each of our clients.

    Account Executive

    With a name straight out of a 1980s action movie, a degree in Sports Business Management and a background in magazine sales, Jake quickly gets to grips with new products, expertly managing new orders, daily. Always up against tight deadlines he goes the extra mile to ensure that every order is pushed to completion, with minimal hassle and minimal costs.

    Creative Artworker / Brand Guardian

    Creative Artworker / Brand Guardian - A long time team member with a degree in graphic design, Kris is our creative artworker and brand guardian. Kris knows our client's brands even better than they do. After creating artwork for all client requested designs, he ensures every item we create adheres to strict brand guidelines.

    Production Manager

    A vital piece in the rich tapestry of our service offering, Amy is our head of production at Infinity Inc. With a background in oil and gas industry sales, Amy is used to high pressure and high volumes. This has made her perfectly suited for managing the pitfalls of production for each order that comes through our doors. Always delivering on time, to the highest quality.

  • Rebecca 'Becky' Burke

    Production Coordinator

    Possessing a degree in psychology and a background in selling and managing student accommodation, Becky's skills make her perfect for coordinating the production process. Whether it's processing orders or chasing missing items and wayward suppliers, Becky's student management abilities are still in full effect.

  • Megan Hanson

    Production Coordinator

    Megan is a former travelling teacher. Fully qualified, Megan taught year 3 in a primary school before heading off to Thailand to teach abroad. Megan's skills in patience and level-headedness come into full play in her role, acting as the key point of contact between account executives, production, suppliers and our on-site facilities, keeping everyone in the loop at all times.

  • Nicci Bateman

    Account Executive

    Nicci is our high-flying account executive, with a wealth of experience and product knowledge from across the business. Having lived in China, worked as a BA Flight Attendant and studied dancing since the age of 3, she really has seen it all. This is reflected in her ability to provide anything you may need, there is no limit on the options Nicci can take to source and bring your merchandise ideas to life.
