Sex Discrimination Policy

The Sex Discrimination Act 1975

Sex Discrimination Act (Gender Reassignment) Regulations 1999

The Directors of Argon Promotions in accordance with the above Act, oppose all forms of discrimination on the grounds of gender.

All new and existing employees have a personal responsibility for undertaking the duties of their work in a way that promotes this policy and does not conflict with its aims and objectives.
