		<description>I know this is very fickle but it's true; if a company gives you a one-off gift it's great but if they give up after that you feel a bit neglected really. I think the best companies I've dealt with are the ones that have kept in touch just through little things like a keyring and card at Christmas. What I don't get is why other companies don't think to make the effort?</description>
