Choosing the right promotional teddy need not be ‘unbearable’

You might think that opting for a promotional teddy bear as a great way of advertising your brand is easy; after all they’re cute and irresistible, so any option will do, right?

Not necessarily. Though certain to be received with thanks, it is important that you take advantage of the many variations of toy available. Not only will this tailor it to your business’ promotional needs – whether taking centre stage on your exhibition stand or delighting office staff in the afternoon mail as a thank you for their custom – but it will maximise your marketing message if it is the right type of offering.

Cuddly Why not appeal to your client’s softer side by pulling on their heart strings and sending a particularly tatty or shaggy, lost looking bear? Too often companies send out serious promotional items which may ignore a whole market of clients who appreciate a gentler and humorous approach. Put your logo on his little tummy and melt even the hardest of hearts.Useful Conference delegates are more likely to pick up a small, discreet keyring or beanie bear on a whim than a larger toy, and tucking this into a handbag is so much easier and, as it is a mobile form of advertising, will expose your brand name to a wider public than a toy that would sit in the home or office. And postage for mailing our promotional teddy keyrings and mini bears will of course be cheaper allowing for more recipients to receive your token of appreciation of their custom.Premium As fun as they are, you can really go to town on your style of your promotional teddy bear and make your promotional gift catch everyone’s eye. From satin sashes bearing your company name to a cherry red raincoat-wearing teddy, there’s an eye-catching option that will advertise your company name with pride, and this premium item will be sure to impress new clients. So opting for a promotional teddy is not the soft option; it’s the humorous but savvy way to engage your customers with something fun and tactile, and can be tailor-made for your own customer and client base.

my customers really like the cuddly feel to the teddy bears. When i visit my clients i usually see the bears i sent them on their desk or even sitting on their computers.

  2. Jonesey Says:

Stan, I wouldn’t be surprised at that, especially if the teddy bears are as cute as the ones that they have in Argon. I’ve got to say that after reading some of the articles and comments about teddy bears as great promotional gifts, I’m opening up to that idea myself. I may even give it a try soon.

yes . even i have had the same experience. but i have felt that presenting something like a teddy to an old respectable man is not such a good idea. its true that some people may take it lightly . but it may not be the case with all the people. some may fell it awkward .

  4. Carlos Says:

Teddy bears can be very cute and valuable gifts to your customers but this must be used sparingly for several reasons - one, cost is high and second the nature of the gitt may not be very suitable for a business setting.

  5. daniel Says:

Jonesey, I also feel that teddy bears at Argon really cute. Maybe I’ll try this too. However, as I said before, we could done some research about our target market and customers first. Fit it with their needs. Frankly, after I saw Argon’s promotional teddy bears, its really gorgeous and I believe that it really unbearable. Even if you’re men, you could give to your daughter and absolutely she will happy with that.

You know daniel, here back in my country teddy bears are very popular as promotional material. It is used almost 30-40 percent times. And when we are doing some market research study with kids, then teddy beer is the favorite promotional gift.

  7. titan Says:

I guess, that idea will work to girls and kids. Teddy is good idae for promotional gift. What you need is how to choose a good one and how to attract your customer.

  8. Didonko Says:

I agree with titan. This will be powerful way of promoting with the company deals with a lot of kids or women. The company can just give teddies to the children and they will play with them, and exposuring the logo of the company to other people.

  9. Robert Says:

Teddy bears are both cute and adorable. They sure can cheer up a person that is having a riot day. A smile on a teddy bear enlightens those who are in the dumps. Nobody forgets a teddy bear when it makes your day full of both life and spirit. In addition, people remember the logo that is posted on their teddy bear. After all, life is now all good thanks to the happy bear.

  10. Sirius Says:

I’d like to put forward a point of view that is a bit different from the ones expressed above. I state that teddy bears are not the right thing to promote with. Why?
If we assume that a company is rich enough to afford buying stuffed toys, it should have the money for an appropriate promotion of other, more useful products. It would be unwise for a serious company to use teddy bears instead of promotional pens and folders, for example.
And who is the target of a teddy bear? Mostly a child that has too little influence on the market. And I would not give a promotional teddy bear as a romantic gift to a woman.
