The best thing about mugs as promotional items is that they have a legitimate use. The mugs should be attractive so as to attract customers.
Even the cost is not that high. I being a coffee lover would love to drink my coffee in an attractive mug, with some beautiful printing.

If you go to any town in this world. At least, one company or store will give mugs as promotional gift. Especially for some drinks company like coffee and tea. Most of them will use mugs right? To be honest, as customer, i always attracted with this kind of promotion. Usually its happen for some event depen on some town and season. Its nice and i like it!

Well said Rickie, i too believe that mugs are very popular and why shouldnt we use them for promotion then? Not too expensive and once you give them out, people will keep them and use them alot. This is great advertising as the company will come to their mind and it builds loyalty, an important thing.
