I think the problem with mouse pads these days are the increase in sales of the laser mouse. I have not had a rolling ball mouse for at least 2 years, so mouse pads are lost on me, and i am sure with a lot of clients this could be the case.

I don’t think so. We have 5 laser mice and have a mouse pad for all of them. A laser mouse CAN work without a mouse pad but they work better with one. This looks like a good product.

Can they? I didn’t know that, but then again computer hardware and accessories has never been a specialty of mine. I have just never used a mouse pad with a laser mouse, because I thought it was totally unnecessary.

This is completely contradicting statement 1st of all Laser Mouses doesn’t require any mouse pads and even if u use one there’s no difference coz it doesnt have a Ball which needs a Soft surface to roll on.
Mouse Pad as a gift actually endorses ur brand that it nothing else apart from that

Now when most (if not all) are using laser mouse, giving a Mouse Mat is not so necessary.
But if you give the ergonomically designed mouse pad it will give the customer a feeling that your company cares and thinks about his health-that can give a very good relationship to your company.
However receiving a present for free its always nice.

Laser mouse can work without a mouse pad but to use one gives a comfortable feeling! its like a best product.
