Keyrings are not only used to keep keys secure, but they reflects your personality too. Person gazing your attractive keyring will definitely go for that product which keyring belongs to. If keyring is so nice then it is obvious that company will also be. I promote me company with these type of common items.

People always carry around their keys with them. We need them to drive with and open our front door. That being said, a keychain would be a good idea to use as a promotional gift. The customer picks it up everyday and is reminded of your company.

I don't agree. I think key rings get lost all too easily. I've probably owned over 200 key rings in the past 2 years and I only know where 5 of them are. So that's probably a loss of $20 for various company's.

Keyrings have the least possibility to get lost. This is a handy promotional gift item that everybody would take if it is attractive. Any added attractions like small globe, torch, sharpener etc. will even more serve the purpose.

The keyrings are used in various things like cup board , car, office keys, house keys etc. They are almost everytime with us. Consumers often use key rings to keep their important key in place, and to make sure that they are not misplaced. The key ring can be multi purpose, like an opener or something, with it.

I think Nigel had a wonderful point. Giving Keyrings as a promotional items, is a good option as the keyrings will be with us nearly for the whole day 24X7. The main advantage is, Even the person who is having the keyring will remember about the shop, their service and the quality that shop offered.

The only drawback with this is that the keyring is gonna be kept inside the packet for most time i.e. kept hidden most of the time.

Yes, yes and yes again. I love getting them. But again there are few buts...

First thing is - they have to be solid. Not some plastic, cheap keyring that breaks after only a couple of days. You will be loosing customers not gaining them.

The second thing is that you can use it only as a gift, not as a promotional tool as only the owner of the keys (and the keychain of course) will see the logo.

I agree with the remark on the quality of the key, as if he were of poor quality, potential customers do not believe that society a disservice. Because there are so many keys available, I would say there must be an original design and the inclusion of an eye for other people's opinion and find out about the company.
